This Agreement is made between Cider Press Studios (“Contractor”) and Alivia Barrett (“Client”) on “Date”.
By typing their names below or replying in writing (including by email) with consent to this Agreement, both parties acknowledge that this digital acceptance is legally binding in place of a handwritten signature.
1. Services
Contractor will provide radio show audio mixing and editing services on a project-by-project basis. Contractor will work collaboratively with Client to achieve the desired sound and overall creative vision.
2. Payment Terms
An invoice will be sent after each project is delivered. Payment is kindly requested within 15 days of the invoice date.
To keep scheduling and workflow consistent, Contractor can continue to accept new projects as long as there are no invoices more than 15 days past due. If an invoice does exceed that timeframe, new work may be temporarily paused until payment is received. This helps ensure that timelines stay clear and manageable for both parties.
3. Late Payments
If a payment becomes late, a 3% monthly fee may be added.In cases where payments remain outstanding, services may be paused until things are back on track.Contractor will send gentle reminders as needed, and invoices will be handled individually.
4. Revisions
Each project includes up to 3 revisions, allowing time to fine-tune the final product and make sure everything feels right.If more revisions are needed beyond that, they can be completed at 50% of the original project rate.
5. Ending the Agreement
Either party may end this Agreement with written notice.Contractor will provide any completed work up to the date notice is given, and Client will be responsible for payment for work completed before the Agreement ends. The focus is on ensuring a smooth and respectful transition in any situation.
6. Independent Contractor
Contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee of Client.
7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement reflects the full understanding between both parties. Any updates can be made in writing and agreed to by both.
